CHICKEN RENDANG

Step 1: Cut whole chicken in 10 pcs, marinet with tumeric and half fry (look at the picture)

STEP 1 (CUT CHICKEN)


STEP 2 (STEP BY STEP - COOK)
Curry Powder that i used.

Step 2: 1.Heat up ur frying pan with abit of oil, 2. fry onion and garlic,
3. Fry All spices, 4. put in all the leaves that u slice, 
5. Put in Malabar Curry Powder (Meat) with little bit of water), 
6. Put in a little bit of Coconut Milk (Kara), 7. Put in 2 spoonsful of Kerisik,
8. Cook Dry of a little bit watery (up to u)
